Unit is packaged well to survive shipping. Carton was damaged when received, so I expected a damaged product. However, the packaging absorbed all the abuse and the condenser was in fine shape! The unit is shipped with all ports sealed and under a slight vacuum so there's no path for contamination. Installation was easy (I watched APDTY's video on YouTube first) and everything mated up just like the OEM part. I also replaced dryer and expansion valve as recommended. System has been operating for over a month now with ice cold A/C and no leaks. Great value!
