Love itI like the jacket, the color and how it fitted but the material isn't realI liked the feel of my jacket. Thought the hood was going to be fuller.I received my coat today was very excited unboxed it prepared to try it on n noticed the coat was damaged.Why send someone a used basically damaged coat I’m very disappointed and my hopes to wearing it out Friday is out of the question I want a refund and definitely returning the item I’m truly sad.Yes despite the wrong size that were seen and purchased they returned the right size along with a small gift satisfied customer hereMy kid loves her coat!!Jacket is nice. Came and looks and expected. Runs small. I normally wear a large in all my ladies coats and i had to return the large and get a 2XL. Still thinking if i should get a 3XL. It fits perfect now but not alot of room for sweaters under my coat and i dont want to keep losing out with shipping costs.
