Bought one of these 2.0 GPM models, and after installing and trying it immediately ordered another one for another bathroom. This head looks great, appears to be well-built, and is functionally superior to any other shower head I've owned. No drips, dribbles, or other flaws. Only thing I can't attest to yet is long-term reliability, only time will tell. The flow rate and aerated spray pattern feel luxurious compared to the high power pins-and-needles spritz of the typical 1.8 GPM head. With the 1.8 GPM heads we had, it took a long time to try and rinse, with this head you can rinse in a flash. So, while it is slightly (10%) less efficient flow rate than the 1.8 GPM, I've found that with the improved rinsing the entire family is actually taking significantly (25%) shorter showers, resulting in less total water use overall.
