GREAT value for price. Most of the other trumpeters in my section have coloured horns as well and it was my first year doing marching so I thought I'd fit in. Less than $200 for an intermediate trumpet?! It plays really well; a tad sharp, and not all notes are the same (and not just the sharp low D, low C#, mid A, and sharp mid D) but when you're playing as loud as you can in a parade it doesn't really matter that much. Worked terrifically and loved the availability of the 1st and 3rd valve slide grips (for mid-playing tuning adjustments on said notes).Can't recommend enough! Plus it's pretty!
