Great stuff and goes on easy with a brush or rag. Make sure the ipe is clean. I just put it on so the real test is how long it stands up in a northern (Canadian)climate. The oil looks creamy and I thought I got the wrong tint but it's just the appearance as it sits in the can. I know it claims to be low VOC but I don't think any oil paints or stains truly are. I wore a good 3M mask and suggest anyone do the same.
