This is a beautiful faucet. It's heavy and appears to be well made. I say "appears" because after I called a plumber, after he uninstalled my original, after I paid him for his call...He couldn't put it in because the 2-1inch screws that go down in the handles were about 1/2 inch too short. So, plumber is gone, and I am left with the old faucet, and am out my original house call. Saving up for next visit for a plumber. I contacted the company and I can email them all my payment info and faucet info and they will mail me two new screws.
