I've only had it for a day so far but it works wonderfully. No noise like those tower fans, no smell after running on max for two hours as advised, and just a good environment to be in in even on cold days. Unfortunately there's no timer functionality still like they used to have on older oil radiators, and they advise you not to put it on one, but I think you could do it if there's enough information on the electrical ratings and not too much fiddling on and off. Not advising, just wondering.Overall, it's well worth the investment. You probably won't need another one in a rather long time. They're quite heavy so one would probably need about 2 or 3 if they don't rely on HVAC for sufficient heating while staying in one room (not a smart home user myself), but you stop having to think about moving them around and damaging your home and I think that's an important consideration. Alternatively, the heat bill goes up based on oil and electricity, sometimes wood, so everyone has their own situation. In an office space, this is far better in terms of cost effectiveness, especially for the quietness of it compared to other products on the market.I run mine on minimum setting, it gets the room to about 21 degrees Celsius, very comfortable, and that's on minimum. Absolutely amazing stuff. Where I live, that's about $2 a day. If you're living in a small home or something, that's going to save you some money on utilities. No more hassling the HVAC, no more fidgeting with temperature settings (it's pretty simple to get a set temp on this as well), no more junk testing.
