Overall I'm pleased with this towel bar since I paid a fraction of its original cost. However, I believe the warehouse deals description was inaccurate. Firstly, the mounting plate used to install one side was "stuck" in one side of the towel bar bracket. Luckily, I already had an assortment of Allen wrenches and used one to remove the mounting plate. Then, as I was measuring to place the towel bar on the wall, I saw that the screw/rod/post on one side was bent. In fact, it was so bent that the hardware was loose and I couldn't do anything with the towel bar until I bought a vise to straighten it. There was no way I could safely straighten that rod and install the bar without a vice to ensure uniformity and proper assembly. Coincidentally, the vice I bought was from Amazon's warehouse deals. The vice I purchased was in perfect condition, fortunately. So, I straightened the rod on the towel bar, with the vise, reassembled it, and installed it. Looks great and I now have a new vise on my workbench! The good news is that I'm pretty handy and can fix many things. Had this item been sent to someone who wasn't handy and who didn't have the means to buy or use a vise, the item would have had to be returned to Amazon. And, if the item had been sent to someone who didn't have any Allen wrenches, he/she wouldn't have been able to remove the mounting plate to place it on the wall, and he/she wouldn't have been able to tighten the brackets onto the plates once the plates had been mounted. I will continue to shop in Amazon's warehouse deals, regardless of this situation--I've had pretty good luck with other items purchased in the past and the savings is worth it.
