I bought this refill for a decades-old 6-inch squeegee of unknown brand but similar construction. As one might have guessed, not all the holes in the refill lined up with the screw points in my (very) old frame. However, I was able to set the refill in my frame, mark the unmatched hole locations, and create the needed holes with a standard single-hole punch for "notebook paper". My little squeegee is now back to new, aside from a bit of surface rust on the frame.
