This is great for my skin. I make my own lotion with coconut oil, some melted raw cacao oil, curel anti-itch lotion, swanson's squalene oil, some MSM dissolved in water, peppermint oil, lavender oil, the contents of some CoQ10 capsules, the contents of some kolorex capsules, and a hint of clove oil. I have an IgA deficiency and dry skin and some weird skin that gets weird infections and allergic reactions, and this home-made oil keeps my skin healthy and happy. I also mix a little with water in a professional sprayer, shake it well every time I use it, and spray it on myself when I need an insect repellent (helps only a little, but I cant use the chemical stuff), or I spray it on my feet when I'm hot, and it keeps me so cool. We also use it in the pantry to repel mice. Just great stuff!
