I was avoiding trying this supplement at all costs. Because of how much it cost! But I finally gave in after desperation set in. My health had taken a hit & resulted in my hair falling out in piles (not an exaggeration) and my nail beds separating from my fingers…it was bad.While I’m no longer post-preggo (my child is 4), I opted for this version of their supplement because of the percentages of vitamins, nutrients etc. AND I didn’t want too much, if any, overlap with another supplement I take. Too much of a good thing can have the opposite effect.Results: This works. Period. My nails stopped detaching and are growing strong again. My hair sheds BUT no more giant clumps falling out. And hair growth is evident by all the baby hair I see coming in, and those baby hairs are growing fast.Note: the recommended dosage is 4 capsules daily. BUT I experimented w/ taking 2 capsules daily (allowing me to buy the refill every 2 months instead of every month). And guess what? I’m still reaping the benefits of this supplement. It’s still doing the job.Because of the difference I’ve seen, I can fully justify the price. Albeit cutting the dosage in half allows me to buy it every other month.
