Fits well. I don't know about the quality, won't know for a few years I suppose. Be sure to prime the thing with assembly grease. Turn the pump manually while squeezing assembly lube into the intake. It's will take about 1/3 tube of grease, and will prevent destroying a new engine upon startup. This little tidbit of knowledge is nowhere to be seen in the Chitton manual, or the installation instructions for the oil pump.
