This was a birthday gift to my daughter-in-law. She and my son had been to Italy and it was a memorable trip - bringing back the Crystal Room Diffuser (Pomegranate). When it was "depleted", I was able to find this on Amazon and she was SO excited. She said the fragrance reminder her of their awesome trip. The product was carefully packaged and in perfect shape (no broken bottle or broken diffusers). Highly recommend this.We first experienced this fragrance at Harrods in London and immediately bought a bottle. When it was time to refill it, I was thrilled that I was able to order this from Amazon.This was in the lovely apartment we stayed in, in Venice. When we came back to the states, I contacted the owner thanking her for the lovely stay, and asked about the fragrance. This is so lovely.This is a great diffuser! Wonderful smell and lasts so long! So glad it’s available on Amazon now!I absolutely love the smell of this and how it reminds me of Positano.Hello there.... Ok this is the 2nd time I ordered this item from Amazon and Both Times I’m very DISAPPOINTED...... I first ordered it back in February of this year.... I was disappointed then but decided to order the same item from The Source...It came from Italy and my home was smelling lovely... Well with an event at my home I take a chance on Amazon..... it’s as if your product is a knockoff of just water and maybe a scent..... I’m totally disappointed and I thought you should know...
