Bought this product as a gift for my wife and she loved it! Easy to use, great scent when in use. Attractive appearance. I will be buying another one for our bedroom.Bought for wife, she loves it, it smells nice, looks nice.It is a bit noisy, but more a soothing noise than annoying.Happy wife, happy life, although I did think it was a tad expensive.The Pod is great but missing the oil!! No Oil was included in the order. very diss appointed as this was a gift and not able to be used without an oil to put in it!Oil was not included in order Amazon said speak with Neom and vice versa. Was not resolved and had to pay out for new oil! No good customer service.Apart from that diffuser of great and in the bedroom.This was a present for my wife. Why? Because she keeps using the one she bought me for my birthday. Now we have a his and hers. They are absolutely brilliant. They really do relax you and give you a sense of calm.Bought for my daughter as she loves these. Bu they are fragile.
