Absolute waste of money. I give this product a "0" if I could. I filled my empty cartridge and replaced the chip...I got an error message on my printer. I replaced the old chip and still did not work. I could have bought a high capacity black cartridge (which was the only color I need at the time) for less than this. I just wasted over an hour of my life trying to get it to work and $150 out the window. I just order a new black cartridge (7000-page capacity) for $95.It works! nice prints! So far so good.
