The HaloCompact Plus is a light control tool that goes anywhere and is simple to assemble. The HaloCompact Plus is the largest model in the range with a diameter of 98 cm and a surface area 46% larger than the classic model with a diameter of 82 cm. This large size is ideal for your photo and video shoots dedicated to couples and families as well as for making images of bulky products. The rigid frame of the HaloCompact Plus benefits from Manfrotto's innovative RapidExoframe™ technology. This lightweight aluminium frame is quick to assemble and allows the fabric cover of the reflector or diffuser to be easily clipped using the new ergonomic fasteners that provide more flexibility for even easier assembly. Thanks to the ingenious structure of the RapidExoframe™, the frame is divided into several small sections that fit together with the canvas folded into their carrying case with dimensions 29.5 x 10.5 x 6 cm and weighing 450 g. Its folded dimensions make the HaloCompact Plus the ideal solution for image creators who travel a lot or have little space in their transport solution. Thanks to this tool, it is now possible to carry a reflector or diffuser in any camera bag without difficulty. The carabiner of the case allows you to attach the HaloCompact Plus to a camera bag so you always have it at hand. The HaloCompact Plus is equipped with an ergonomic handle that makes it easy to hold and precisely orient the reflector with one hand. On the handle there is a ¼" screw thread (supplied with a ¼" to ¼" adapter) for easily attaching the reflector to various support systems such as arms and light feet. The HaloCompact Plus is also available as a double-sided reflector with a silver side and a white side. Each kit contains a RapidExoframe™ frame, canvas, carrying case, and ¼" to ¼" adapter. The canvases are also available on their own.

So easy to put together, although clearly not as quick as the pop up types - but fits into a travel kit perfectly which is why I bought it.
